Hugo 添加 LaTeX 支持

创建 static\js\math-code.js 文件, 并添加一下内容:

行内公式: `$\frac{x+y}{2}$`

行间公式: `$$\frac{x+y}{2}$$`

行内公式: $\frac{x+y}{2}$

行间公式: $$\frac{x+y}{2}$$
